Cruise the Wilmington River past the historic Bonaventure Cemetery where Johnny Mercer is buried. Continue down the river past the small historic town of Thunderbolt where shrimpers dock their shrimp boats. Thunderbolt Marine will then come into view where the mega yachts dock for repairs. Cruise past beautiful Wilmington Island and view from the water many of Savannah's finest homes including the home of Savannah's most famous chef, Paula Deen. Head down the Skidaway River to the quaint village of Isle of Hope. Several old Savannah estates can be seen from the river. Turners Creek meanders off the Wilmington River and it provides a close up view of the homes on the shore. - All major credit cards are accepted. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and balance due 7 days before departure. Deposit is only refundable if customer cancels 7 days before departure.
- Guests have the option to re-book or receive a FULL refund if trip is canceled by captain due to inclement weather.
- It is customary to tip Crew 15% to 20%.
Cruise the Savannah River past the Georgia Ports. See some of the worlds largest container ships navigating the river and unloading their containers. Back under the Talmadge Bridge see Historic River Street, downtown Savannah and Hutchinson Island. Further down the river you will pass Fort Jackson, the oldest standing fort in Georgia. Several miles past Fort Jackson is Fort Pulaski. This fort was captured by the Union Army in 1862 and remained in their hands until the end of the war. Spend 2 and 1/2 hours on Sunday cruising on the Tattoodle while enjoying a gourmet brunch. Cruise is limited to 4 guests. Rate: 2.5 hours $450.00 with brunch You are welcome to provide your own adult beverage.
Starting on the Wilmington River heading north you will cross the South Channel and the Savannah River where you will enter Fields Cut, passing Jones Island, that takes you to the the Wright River. Staying on the Wright Rivert you will enter Walls Cut that takes you to the New River. On the New River you will cruise past Daufuskie Island. Continuing on the New River you will enter Ramshorn Creek that takes you to the Cooper River. The Cooper River flows to the Calibogue Sound where Hilton Head will come into sight. You will see Harbour Town Lighthouse and the marina. You may choose to cruise up the Broad Creek past gracious homes on Hilton Head. The trip is approximately 2+hours each way. You may choose to dock at Harbor Town Marina or Palmetto Bay Marina. Both have very nice restaurants within walking distance. This trip begins and ends at the Savannah Bend Marina. Leaving Savannah you will cruise the Intra Coastal Waterway (read the Hilton Head Cruise) on the Wilmington River crossing the Savannah River where you enter Fields Cut. Along the way you may see Dolphins, Egrets, Herons, Osprey and Pelicans. Choose which marina on Hilton Head you would like to spend the night; Harbor Town Marina or Palmetto Bay Marina both offer near by restaurants. You might want to rent bikes and ride the many miles around the island. During low tide take your bike on the beach and ride along the shoreline. You will have lunch during the trip and appetizers before you head out to dine at one of the fine restaurants. In the morning you will enjoy a lovely breakfast on the aft deck. Your room is private with a queen berth and pristine full bath.

Spend the day cruising the Intracoastal waterway past Hilton Head Island, across Port Royal Sound, up the Beaufort River. Cruise past Paris Island Marine Base to beautiful downtown Beaufort. Stroll through the historic neighborhoods and see the house that was featured in the movie "The Big Chill." Enjoy the many interesting shops along the main downtown area. Cruise includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and hors d'oeuvres before dinner. Enjoy dinner at one of the lovely waterfront restaurants.

A trip to Charleston SC would include an overnight in Beaufort SC. In Beaufort explore the historic town with many historic homes, including the house featured in the movie The Big Chill. Many of the restaurants are withing sight and walking distance of the marina. Beaufort City Marina is located in the downtown area. Leaving the next morning you head north to Charleston SC and dock at the Charleston City Marina. The marina provides transportation to historic downtown Charleston.
